My journeys inspired my skill and passion for excellent food. Born and raised in Normandy, I grew up with my three brothers watching our mother cooking in our family’s restaurant. From homemade Foie Gras to Clam Stew and Vanilla Bourbon Crème Brûlée, the smell of great food was everywhere. She soon taught me her secret recipes and after few years I became a Chef. Then passion brought me to London and Paris in the best restaurants, where I worked closely with talented Chefs and learned precision and perfection. Now in St Barths for more than four years, I get for my clients a wide choice of fish and Caribbean lobsters from the local fish Market and the best ingredients such as quality Meats, Vegetables and great Wine through connections with all the great local suppliers.
I bring my love, passion and skill together to provide a unique experience in cooking the freshest meal ever at your villa !
