The food was terrific, the service was superior, and the mood you set in the Villa was really romantic - once again you exceeded our expectations. Chef David Lestas helped us create a perfect sunset dinner at our villa. He patiently adjusted the menu to accommodate some significant allergy issues, thought of details that we would not have considered, and cooked and presented an outstanding meal that was the highlight of our trip. (Our family is still talking about the morel sauce! And the cake...) Thank you, Chef!

Amazing chef & experience!

I hired David to come cook for my group of friends at our villa on a recent trip to St. Barth for my boyfriend's birthday. I HIGHLY recommend David! He was very professional and quick with communication pre-trip. The meal itself was incredible and one of our favorites of the trip. David and his assistant made sure the night was perfect. To top it off, he finished with an amazing birthday cake. Truly a night to remember!

We have been visiting St. Barths for 20 years just my husband and I. We finally decided last year to rent a villa and take our four teenage daughters! God help us both! Chef David was a pleasure from the beginning. He understand that we had teenagers and although we wanted casual we still enjoyed fine dining. Our breakfast were the favorites among the girls as they loved to wake up and be totally catered too. What a life! The dinners Chef David always more formal and spectacular! We had him pick the wine and pair it with our dinner. This is our second year and I hopefully have the pleasure of working with him again. It is such a welcome luxury and our girls will always think its a part of St. Barths!
